Description
The Wimslow is well situated in Morecambe on the quiet East Promenade, convenient for all the local amenities. The bus for Lancaster stops almost outside the front, lovely if you wish to leave the car behind.
There is on-street parking to the front of the guest house and a private car park at the rear. We have ground floor rooms available, and front rooms have wonderful views of the Bay and the Lakeland Hills. Our lounge is open at all times for guests to sit and enjoy the view.
We offer a good range of breakfast choices including vegetarian options. High reputaion for great food, service and customer care!

Road Directions
From South Exit jct 34.
Follow signs for Morecambe, go across the Lune river on a 3 lane bridge, under the train bridge and straight across two roundabouts, following the signs for Morecambe. At the 3rd roundabout, take the right hand lane, but go straight across keeping to the right hand lane to the next mini roundabout where the road splits. Take the right hand fork off the mini roundabout and go along a wide tree lined avenue called Broadway. this will take you to the front. When you reach the front turn left and we are on the next bend in the road.
From North Exit jct 35.
Follow signs for Morecambe and you will come along the coast road into Morecambe past the Veus and Child sculpture on the right hand side. Watch out! some satnav systems send you to strange places! Trust the road signs. Travel along the prom road for approx a mile and we are on a bend in the road.
Public Transport Directions
From Morecambe station walk up Northumberland Street to the Promenade. Turn right onto the Promenade and the Wimslow is a 10-15 minute walk.
