Former dairy farm converted in the 80s, standing in extensive gardens with panoramic views. Quiet rural location of Lancaster, stunning fell views, close to jct 33 of M6, University and Forrest Hills golf and fishing. This is a non-smoking establishment.

Road Directions
Leave the M6 at jct 33 and turn left following the signs to Abbeystead/Trough of Bowland. Keep following Abbeystead signs for 4 miles, through Dolphinholme take the 2nd turning right onto Abbeysted Road, we are half a mile down this road on the right hand side.
