Capernwray House has recently undergone major refurbishment and has been awarded with a five star silver award from VisitBritaon(Tourist Board).

Capernwray House stands in 11 acres, with meticulously maintained gardens and surrounded by wonderful countryside, yet within minutes of the M6 motorway. Very peaceful, Tranquil location. Ideal for exploring the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Lancaster and Morecambe and also stopover North/South M6.
A warm welcome is assured from owners Roy and Mel Smith who offer 5 star luxury, centrally heated accommodation in delightfully decorated surroundings. All bedrooms boast beautiful views of the countryside.
All bedrooms have flat screen wall mounted TV's, Ipod radio alarms, seating areas. The bathrooms have luxury towels, toiletries and bathrobes. Extensive tea/coffee making facilities.
A comfortable lounge with ultra comfy leather sofas is available for those wishing to unwind after a day's walking or driving. Books, games and magazines of local interest are available, or you may simply want to watch our large flat screen TV.
