A well-appointed, one bedroom, fully self - contained, ground-floor, luxury apartment, with additional sleeping accommodation if required. Situated on the Promenade with panoramic sea views across Morecambe Bay towards the Lakeland Hills and the Cumbrian Fells. Access to a sandy beach is just across the promenade. Excellent for bird-watching and shore fishing. Fishing equipment is available if required - simply pay for or replace what you lose!!! The area has several golf courses and there are opportunities for pursuing a range of sporting and leisure activities including cycling, walking, ten-pin and crown green bowling, tennis and swimming. A leisurely walk along thefive mile promenade between Happy Mount Park and Heysham is not to be missed. . . and if photography is of interest, or simply to enjoy a natural spectacle - the sunsets are pure magic. Here at 382 On The Bay we have made our accommodation as accessible as possible to people with restricted mobility. Our accessibility provision includes: - Bathroom has both bath and Mira over-bath shower - Bedroom furniture can be arranged on request - Bedroom has double bed and orthopaedic single bed and vibro-massage unit (with choice of firm or soft mattress) - Non-allergenic bedding is available - There is a small step up to the front door and a ramp is available if required - The hall will accommodate a mobility scooter and a charging point is nearby - All other rooms are level and without obstructions except for the conservatory, where there are small "threshold bars" - There is seating in the kitchen and a dishwasher is provided - An Access Statement giving details and dimensions is available and information can be given in Large Print, if required. However, do feel free to give us a ring if there is anything you would like to discuss regarding ease of access in and around our property.

Road Directions
The Northern exit from the M6 motorway is at junction 35 and approaches Morecambe via Carnforth. Junction 34 serves traffic from the South. From the east, the A65 (from Leeds/ Skipton) merges with the A683, (from Harrogate / Ripon). These enter Lancaster at the M6 / junction 34, passing under the motorway. Through routes to Morecambe and the promenade are clearly signed. The flat is approx 300 metres east of the town hall.
Public Transport Directions
Direct buses from Lancaster, Kendle and Carnforth pass the flat, with stops nearby. A National Express service operates from Lancaster. The train station is a short walk and then two stops on the bus. (Alternatively a short walk along the promenade, approx. 3/4 mile in total). There is also a local train station at Bare. West Coast Mainline trains operate from Lancaster. Direct Trans- Pennine services operate between Morecambe and Leeds.
