Morecambe Visitor Information Centre is proud to have taken the top spot in the recent National 2011 Enjoy England Awards for Excellence, coming first out of 490 Tourist Information Centres in England! Marks were scored for outstanding customer service, top quality information provision, and the warm welcome extended to all visitors.
So why not stroll along Morecambe's Promenade, pop into The Midland Hotel for a cup of tea overlooking the beautiful Bay, then come and visit us in (award-winning!) Morecambe Visitor Information Centre for travel and accommodation information, maps and books, and a great range of seaside-themed gifts and souvenirs... But no tacky postcards and kiss-me-quick hats here - we have Art Deco themed gifts, eye-catching ornaments and jewellery, notelets and cards by local artists - and a funky range of pocket money toys for the kids!
