Also situated in an ideal location for taking part in the famous Cross-Bay Walk - the starting point for the walk is Arnside which is just a few minutes from Plantation Cottage.

Dating back to 1670, the cottage offers bed and breakfast in two ensuite double bedrooms, in a friendly environment with a family atmosphere. We offer full English breakfast and very comfortable accommodation. There is secure on site parking and secure storage facilities for bikes, making Plantation Cottage the ideal stop-off for drivers exploring Lancashire, and also for walkers and cyclists enjoying the beautiful countryside. A great location for birdwatchers too as we are situated right on the estuary, perfect for viewing many species of wading and sea birds, and very near to the RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Reserve.
