Bittern Bus, Carnforth
The bus runs every Sunday all year round through the stunning Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), offering an easy alternative to the car for those travelling from Lancaster, Carnforth and the surrounding areas.
It costs just £3.50 for an adult and £1.75 child/concessions for an all day Bittern Pass, allowing you to get on and off the bus anywhere on route with just the one ticket. Bittern Bus passengers also get free entry to the RSPB Leighton Moss, home of the bittern, worth £4.50 as well as 10% discount in the tearoom.
